So, once an airport journey has been booked, what is different about DrivenByQ..? Well, we offer a chauffeur service by using vehicles such as Mercedes-Benz and Volvo cars or people carriers. Every vehicle has leather interior and air-conditioning. Our drivers are all attired for business with shirt, tie and trousers. We have smartphones for live flight monitoring so each driver knows if you are late (or early), we manage working patterns so our drivers have sufficient rest and DrivenByQ is fully licensed for private hire operating 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Add to this our professional meet and greet service with your company logo (printed and laminated) for presentation in the airport arrivals hall and of course assistance with a passenger's luggage, makes the package almost complete. At Manchester Airport, most of our drivers have a four-hour concession card. This simply means we escort our passenger straight to their vehicle and let them relax (without needing to queue or wait at a pay station). We also have credit card machines in some vehicles which accept all major cards, even if they are swipe only or American Express.
