Cash Payment

As a licensed company, any one of our drivers can issue a DrivenByQ receipt for a cash payment. Please note, that as most of our work is paid on account, our drivers may not have a great deal of change available.

Credit Card Payment

Mobile terminals that can accept credit cards are available in a number of our vehicles. This is particularly useful if you book journeys for people responsible for their own costs. We accept all major credit cards including AMEX, Visa and Mastercard. The machines are equipped with a swipe facility for US cards as well as a chip and pin facility for European cards. The machine will print a copy of the transaction for your records.

Invoiced Accounts

Subject to a credit check, we can establish payments on account for your company to pay by invoice. When booking online you can opt for cost centres that are then shown on invoices. All invoices are sent electronically from our database system on the 22nd of each month as a PDF document attached to an email. DrivenByQ.. are registered with OB10. There are a choice of payment terms for account customers, 14 days, 30 days or 60 days. Please note there is a significant cost saving for accounts opting to pay on 14 day terms. We can easily set up two accounts (or more) for a single company if required and send two (or more) separate invoices too. Our VAT number is 9146467.

Tarriff

Each journey can be quoted separately but there are some variations for vehicle types and journey times. These are listed below. We are only too happy to answer any questions you may have related to costs.

Minimum journey charge of £12.00 applies to all journeys.
Quoted journeys are deemed to start or end at Wrexham.
No surcharge for journeys between midnight and 6.00am.

No parking fees at Manchester Airport or Liverpool Airport - tolls and parking fees are added at cost for all other journeys.
20 minutes free waiting time from time of touchdown at all airports.
Meet and greet service inside an airport with a name board included in standard service.

No surcharge for credit card payments unless stated.
Accounts subject to VAT@20%.

A people carrier for up to six passengers is charged at 1.5x a car.
A people carrier for up to eight passengers is charged at 1.9x a car.

Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, midday to midnight 50% extra.
Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day 100% extra.
